Senguttuvan Shanmugam or Sam as he is commonly known, has more than 15 years experience in the IT industry. His experience includes building an off-shore software development center in India for a leading remittance software company based out of Blue Bell, PA. His expertise includes project management, product development and product support. He has managed multi-million dollar remittance projects for various organizations including government and fortune 500 companies in the United States.
Sam also has expertise in setting up processes for complex systems. He has worked extensively in environments that required huge data, network and manual security. Sam is an excellent team player and also instrumental in launching innovative KPO solutions. His education includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Madras University and a M.S. in Computer Science from University of New Haven. Currently he is the CEO of Trivent and leads the KPO and the LPO activities in Chennai from Trivent's U.S. office.

Mr. Dixon has spent over 20 years in the Legal Market. Before moving into sales he programmed and installed software in Major Law Firms in both the US & Canada. As Area Sales Manager with Barrister Information Systems, he managed 10 offices through out the Central and Southern US. His General Management experience includes product management, launching new products and acquiring other companies. He has also worked for several Service Bureaus selling Imaging Services, Web Hosting, Archival Systems and Off-shore Services.

KEITH WILSON - Regional Manager

Keith has spent over 32 years providing outsourcing solutions. He spent 16 years with CMI in St. Louis. CMI provided record management and archival outsourcing solutions to health care organizations, financial institutions and other commercial accounts. CMI was acquired by a financial service organization (DST) in 1992. DST provides record keeping services to a large sector of the mutual fund industry. His responsibilities were expanded to include promoting integrated investor communication solutions to large financial institutions. His experience also includes managing a Regional Sales & Marketing Team.

LOUIS S. NUECHTERLEIN J.D. - Midwest Regional Manager

Louis graduated from the University of Detroit's School of Law. His undergraduate work was at Michigan State University. While working for the IRS, he prepared and conducted tax prosecution trials for the US Department of Justice. He then spent over 20 years working in the Department of Revenue for the State of Illinois. He managed major tax cases involving large corporations nationwide. He also researched statutes, decisions and judgments. His office is in Chicago.

BALAMURUGAN SOMASUNDARAM - VP of Strategy

Bala as he is known in the industry has a wide range of experience working in technology, banking and finance industry. He has worked in various capacities in global organizations such as Modi Olivetti, Citibank N.A, HCL Deluxe, NCR and Western Union Financial Services, (both in India and USA). His last assignment was Head of Operations - South Asia, Western Union India, where he was responsible for setting up the entire operations for the region. As Country Manager for Bangladesh and East India, he was also responsible for business development activities and managed the entire Network development activities for Western Union. Bala is also the Founder President of Bedrock Consulting Services Private Limited, a BFSI advisory company.

BERNADETTE BUCKLEY J.D. - Manager of U.S. Legal Services

Bernadette graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 1990. Her undergraduate work was in Communications and Business Administration. She has practiced law with several firms in Philadelphia and also worked for the United States Bankruptcy Court. She has conducted research pertaining to issues in many areas of law including, but not limited to, family law, corporate law, personal injury, and lawyer conflict of interest. She has also done work in the areas of health and welfare, social security, landlord/tenant law, property and insurance law matters. In addition to reviewing our off-shore work, she is also available to do Legal Research.
