The recruiting procedure adopted by Trivent guarantees that only highly intelligent candidates make it to the final session. Our screening mechanism starts by a thorough study of the prospective candidates resume, which would then be followed by an immediate cross-checking done over the phone or in person. Once this is satisfactorily completed, the selected candidate is called upon for a technical interview followed by an attitude test.
On passing this hurdle, a fairly successful candidate would now be asked to take up an assignment that includes the preparation of a report after analyzing a particular company.
The report would cover aspects like:
- Business Description
- Revenue model analysis
- Bulls & Bears for the company
- Risk factors
- Thorough analysis of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Valuation analysis, delineating the appropriate method to determine the value of a firm
- Annual projections
- Analyst's validation
Trivent has a 'talent repository' comprising of CAs, CFAs, and MBAs. This practice has effectively helped us to meet the out-of-routine requests and in also handling pilot project express exercises. |
