Trivent coding tool has designed to augment quality at every step and operates in five modules:
- Validation
- LDD
- Coding
- Quality Assurance
- Reports
Validation
During this phase, Our Project analyst team analysis the client's manual and images to understand the specific requirements of the project. We raised query log file in standard template to the client that lists questions on any new and unusual fields, or unique features. The responses to these clarifications are incorporated into the Coding manual. Our development team will validate the tool to enhance Quality and prevent human errors.
Logical Document Determination/Unitization
During the unitization phase, our team distinguishes logical documents from each other and establishes parent-child attachment relationships among them. Since logical document boundaries and attachment ranges are critical to the validity and usefulness of a database, the most experienced teams of professionals are assigned to this task. A QC team reviews the Unitization for consistency.
Coding
Based on coding manual and check list, coders capture data in the relevant fields. There is 100% QC of each coder's work. Questions and decisions are documented by the Team leaders daily, and are communicated to the client as necessary. The staff receives regular training updates, as any revisions are made to the set of guidelines.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance features built into our coding tool to prevent the occurrence of certain formatting and keying errors like misspelling, invalid dates, invalid bates number etc., with the use of split screens, the quality control teams perform 100% initial QC of the coded data and subsequent batch QC to ensure the highest quality output to the client. 100% Technical Global QC is performed to correct any formatting errors, and to ensure adherence to any project specific requirements. Created titles and Names standardization requirements receive an incremental level of overall QC for consistency and accuracy.
